Team members are taught state-of-the-art, best-practice methods for assessing and defusing potential violence. We focus on team interaction, clear communications, task-oriented checklists, and proper documentation of all actions and intents.


We will provide step-by-step guidelines and procedures that address all aspects of threat response. The training deals with issues such as human resources and employment law, physical security and law enforcement, psychological complexities and medical interventions, supervisory and management strategies.
