The scope of the simulations may vary from tabletop to full participation; however, we create simulated exercises that realistically challenge your ability to respond to a traumatic situation(s).




We utilize realistic prompts such as mock news reports; simulated crisis phone calls from impacted individuals, government, or law enforcement; and other complicating elements.
Participants are challenged to respond by managing the situation as it escalates.
If appropriate, the simulation can be videotaped and critiqued by upper-management and CMI.
Following the simulation, our team will provide written recommendations for improvements.
