First, we gather as much information as possible. Our consultant will ask you about the incident that prompted your call and about the potentially violent individual (e.g., past employee history, any mental health problems, addictions, access to weapons, etc.). We want to know what security and notification systems you currently have in place, and will ask for other relevant information.
